Return Period

For consulting services, clients may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of the initial service agreement or payment, provided that no substantial consulting work has been completed. Once consulting services have been substantially performed, refunds may not be available except as required by law or as otherwise specified in your service agreement.

For any physical materials or products that may be provided as part of our services, returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt, and items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unopened.
